Authorities in southern Minnesota are seeking to identify a woman suspected of bank fraud totaling $30,000 this month. The Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office has released a series of images taken at a series of banks in southern Minnesota between May 7 and 13. Police say the woman presented “personal information of others” to withdraw money from existing home equity lines of credit across five cities. Banks in Waldorf, St. Peter, Eagle Lake, Hutchinson, and Rochester were targeted, with the total loss exceeding $30,000. The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information to contact 507-304-4863 or their local law enforcement.
