One man is seriously hurt after a farming accident Monday in Otter Tail County. Deputies were called to the accident just before noon in Folden Township, southeast of Vining, Minnesota. They arrived to find 76-year-old Daryl Baardsen pinned underneath a tractor. They say Baardsen had been working on and/or trying to pull the tractor with a pickup when something went wrong. Baardsen was removed from under the tractor and life-flighted to Sanford Health in Fargo with crushing injuries. At that time, officials say he was conscious and alert.
