A 40-year-old man was killed in an apparent ATV accident over the weekend in southeast Minnesota. The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office responded at about 7:25 a.m. Saturday to an accident with injuries in the 3400 block of Chester Road Southeast in Marion Township. The accident involved a side-by-side ATV that rolled into a ditch. Its only occupant was ejected and pronounced dead. An investigation is ongoing. No other details were released.
